Welcome to the third foundation:
Stabilising connections and building rapport

Here we reach out further into the environment around us. We trust our place in the space and allow the place to feel that confidence. We feel at home in our chosen space and like visiting an old friend we arrive with offerings and goodies to share. We might even create some ephemeral nature art in the space. These small personal gestures express our gratefulness and in the process connect us to our creative sides. 


This coming together, human and environment, has power to create change in our current world deficient of seeing the aliveness and receptiveness of natural spaces. Here we reciprocally create connection and support for eachother and foster something beyond our intellectual expectations!
 

For the third foundation you will:

  • Keep visiting your chosen natural space, don't get caught up in doing it perfectly, just do it when you can and naturally. 

  • With Meditation 3, relax with the embodied awareness practice and getting a feel for our own impermanent nature and the impermanent nature of the environment. 

  • In Dowsing Video 3, Dowse a Tree's energy field, offer it Love, and Dowse again to see what has changed?

  • With Inquiry Worksheet 2 you will go to your space and open up to guidance from the space... the activity is best kept a secret until you do it... so I won't say more!

 

The third part is really where we start to see how we can begin working with the landscape and living Earth to become a collaborative force of beneficial activity. The mind runs with the possibilities!

To be done in your chosen natural space. Print it or bring your phone to view the document.

What else you need to bring:
- A small offering to take with you; 

a leaf or flower, some tea, incense to burn, nuts/biscuit, whatever you feel in the moment when you think of the space (don’t overthink it!)
-Pen and papers/journal
